Personal Description:

With my extensive experience and expertise both working with students in need of reading and writing assistance and as a technical writer, I am fully equipped as an English tutor. I am able to cater to a wide range of student needs and levels, from high school to college-level English. I can assist students who need to work on their English grammar and syntax or provide the necessary guidance on writing for students who might have a hard time putting their amazing thoughts and ideas onto paper. Whether you need to write a literary analysis for English, a research paper for psychology, or a college entrance essay, I will happily work with you to hone your writing style and learn proper writing conventions.

Tutoring Experience:

I completed a bachelor's degree majoring in German and Technical Writing. I then went on to obtain a master's degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences specializing in Family Systems Counseling. I have been assisting students with their writing for the past 3 years and have received extremely positive feedback. I also have extensive experience as a writer and have also written a number of academic papers on counseling and psychology.

Tutoring Approach:

I see myself as more of a coach, guiding and encouraging students towards solving problems on their own, pointing out available resources, inspiring critical thinking, and helping them develop their own voice and writing style.
