Personal Description:

I am currently completing my University degree (Bachelor's) at the University of Toronto majoring in political science and history. Throughout my studies I have gained experience in school and out and have actively led my own campaigns in social justice issues. One of my central areas of focus are on poverty and human rights issues that take over much of our society, in which I have created my own campaign called the Everyday Is Homeless Day Campaign. I have gained knowledge through work as well on these same issues, and actively partake in essay writing, exam writing each week.

Tutoring Experience:

I have tutored students for 2-3 years in various areas: English, Beginner French (learning early words and phrases), and Social Sciences that also include Politics.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe in moving at the learners pace, and repeating what is needed until the individual can understand exactly what they wish to accomplish. I believe in setting academic goals, achieving those successes to the individuals desires. I move slowly and effectively, to ensure that a student never leaves the lesson feeling defeated or unaccomplished.
