Personal Description:

I am a licensed teacher and am currently employed at a local middle school. I take the skills I have gained in the classroom and apply them while tutoring English. It's important to me that my students learn in an open and positive environment where they are not fearful of making mistakes. It brings me joy to help my students realize their potential and achieve their goals.

Tutoring Experience:

I currently teach 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts and tutor during the evenings. With over ten years of teaching experience, I pride myself on breaking down challenging material and explaining it in a succinct manner for my students to understand. I hold a Master of Arts in English and Bachelor of Sociology.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to tutoring revolves around the process of learning, rather than being dictated by results. As an English tutor, I aim to instill a natural curiosity into my students and encourage them to approach their education with an open mind.
