Personal Description:

I have mostly worked with undergraduate students but I am comfortable tutoring students from all backgrounds, levels of study, and abilities. I want to help students achieve their academic goals and equip them with the tools and skills that they need to prosper. What makes me an exceptional social science tutor is my commitment to my students and my strong desire to provide them with the academic support they need. Whether you are a Sociology student who would like to review your coursework or you are a Political Science major who needs help preparing for your upcoming midterms, I can help.

Tutoring Experience:

As an undergraduate student, I completed a bachelor's degree in Medical Anthropology. I then went on to pursue a graduate education, obtaining a master's degree specializing in Exercise Science and Nutrition. With a strong background in the social sciences, I am well-equipped to provide academic support to students who need it.

Tutoring Approach:

I encourage my students to truly learn the material and acquire a thorough understanding of it, rather than relying on mere memorization of concepts. I like to keep communication open and listen to what my students have to say.
