Personal Description:

My name is Jordan Hame and I have been a teacher for over 12 years. I have three children and I have been married for 14 years to my wife, who is also a teacher. I enjoy reading, biking and camping with the family. I also enjoy learning about finances and real estate on my off days.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught all core subjects from grade 5-9. I have also taught ESL to new students from the Philippians, South Korea, Japan, and Germany. I enjoy helping others to learn and grow in their academics.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to learning is to first set up a good rapport. I will ask my students what their struggles were last year, what their strengths are today, and figure out how to combine these areas for their future. We go over how they listen and write down notes. Also, we will go over their study habits and find a good solid approach to learning.
