Personal Description:

I am comfortable teaching students about any level of math, such as non-Euclidean geometry and polynomial functions. However, my favorite math subject is Algebra. I enjoy the processes behind simple and advanced equations alike. I believe in the power of encouragement and self-communication in learning. Through consistent successes, students can build their confidence and information retention.

Tutoring Experience:

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. I have experience teaching math to students at middle, high school, and college levels. I served as a math tutor in a high school scholarship program and am currently a high school teacher at an institution where we use both instructional and online learning.

Tutoring Approach:

As a tutor, I find that the best approach is catered to the individual. I work to get to know students, which allows me to communicate ideas in a way that they can understand. I strive to connect concepts to their interests and real-life scenarios.
