Personal Description:

Math appeals to all aspects of my character. I can combine logic and creativity to find ways for students to work towards success. I aim to encourage students to not only get through their math courses but to enjoy them. I can explain information in a variety of ways and examples to help students understand.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and have also obtained a Masters in Business Administration in Finance. I have two years of experience teaching high school-level math, as well as three years in college-level math. I can offer math tutoring in ACT Math, college economics, and more.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that students need persistence, practice, and practicality to succeed in their studies. I help students to see why particular skills and concepts are important, as well as go over how to apply them and the value of mastering them. I like to get to know my student's abilities in order to lead them down the right path.
