Personal Description:

I enjoy working with students as they work to build a solid understanding of math, especially if they can leave our sessions feeling more positive towards physics and other subjects. Through 1-on-1 instruction, I can focus entirely on the student, whether they need a hand preparing for an assessment test in class or simply could use some help with homework.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a strong physics and math background. I have a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and my master's degree in Adolescent Education in Mathematics. In the next couple of years, I aim to teach math at a middle or high school level.

Tutoring Approach:

My aim as a physics tutor is to help my students understand the material on a deeper level. I get to know each student as an individual, such as their interests, goals, and areas in which they need guidance and support. I give my pupils the opportunity to think about the problems, rather than simply showing them what to do.
