Personal Description:
After completing my BFA and BED IN Toronto, I moved to England and was a full time secondary school music teacher for 5 years. My family and I have recently moved back to the Niagara Region and I’m currently a stay at home mother to my 2 year old son.
Tutoring Experience:
I was a full time secondary school teacher for 5 years in England. During that time I also taught English, Business, IT, Travel and Tourism and Dance. I am also qualified to teach History at the secondary level.
Tutoring Approach:
Every student is different so it’s very important to understand each students unique way of learning first and then create a lesson plan that reflects and supports their learning. Learning should always be fun and engaging and if a student is bored then it’s the teachers’s or tutor’s responsibility to get creative and inspire their students.
