Personal Description:

Hi there! My name is Hannah and I'm a second-year university student at Western University. I've been a peer tutor for nearly 3 years and an independent tutor for 2 years. I have worked with many students from a variety of backgrounds. I'm passionate about languages and maintained high grades (90%+) throughout my years of high school.

Tutoring Experience:

I've always loved teaching and helping my peers. Many of my peers and classmates come to me to help explain difficult concepts or tasks in an easier to understand fashion. I have been tutoring for a year so I have gained more experience.
I would like to go into a career in teaching so I'll be a reliable tutor.

Tutoring Approach:

As a student myself, I understand the challenges that online learning poses. It is not easy for parents to take on that responsibility alone, so I act as a liaison between school work, teachers, and students. I am very comfortable with tutoring online and have lots of experience with these types of meetings. Tutoring is not a one-size-fits-all approach to teaching, but rather individual help and support for students to succeed in an online learning environment.
