Personal Description:

I am passionate about studying languages, French in particular. I grew up speaking Italian so, though my French is quite good, I understand what it is like to be learning it as a second language. If you are looking for a French tutor, I work with students at various levels, from French 1 to French 4.

Tutoring Experience:

I have studied languages, including Latin, in addition to French, for many years, where I was, not surprisingly, immersed in the language. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management , as well as an MBA.

Tutoring Approach:

I think it is important to set goals. The idea of learning to speak a whole new language can be scary, but if you break down the acquisition process to manageable units, it's much easier. Early on I try to get a sense of how my students learn so that I can tailor my lessons to their preferences.
