Personal Description:

Hello, everyone, my name is Emily I'm 21 years old I'm in college to get my diploma as a teachers assistant. In high school, I used to help out as much as I could in the learning centre helping the special needs student with their school work. I have the heart to teach children and I love working with them.

Tutoring Experience:

I'm tutoring a little boy at my home 2 times a week to help with his reading skills along with tutoring a little girl with down syndrome with her writing skills at a grade 6 level.

Check to see if you have been understood.
Use simple language.
Avoid being condescending.
Refrain from commenting on how easy a problem or concept is to understand.
