Personal Description:

I am an experienced teacher who can help students cover a wide range of writing and reading topics. Working as an English tutor is a good fit for me because my time in the classroom has helped me gain experience in how and when to administer a number of teaching methods and styles. Throughout my years, I have taught in an inclusion classroom, so I know how to accommodate the needs of many different types of learners.

Tutoring Experience:

As an undergraduate student, I earned a bachelor's degree in History. I also have a master's degree in Elementary Education. Professionally, I have over 25 years of experience in elementary education, including 19 years with kindergarteners and six years teaching fifth grade students.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe any student can learn, and I want to help students feel confident in their ability to learn. As an English tutor, I take the time to learn about individual students and their needs.
