Personal Description:

I am able to help students with a range of math skills from middle school math to pre-algebra and algebra. I love working as a math tutor because it gives me the chance to help students in a direct way. I am an energetic instructor who is passionate about helping students reach for their full potential. During sessions, I can help students explore the most difficult material for them in ways that help them learn best.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Also, I have a Ph.D. In Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. I have ten years of experience volunteering with a prominent mentoring group where I won an award for positive leadership.

Tutoring Approach:

As a math tutor, I strive to motivate students in personal ways and connect what they are learning to their lives. Because learning is a lifelong process, I work hard to communicate clearly and help students to fully understand what they are learning.
