Personal Description:

I believe that all students can learn when the proper supports are in place and material is presented in a manner consistent with the pupil's inna**Contact Detail Removed**arning style. As such, I strive to provide both of these things as a biology tutor. The best part of tutoring is when you see your student's eyes light up as they experience that "Aha!" moment, and I'll do whatever it takes to make that happen.

Tutoring Experience:

I received my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and my Master of Science in Child Development. This background gives me the foundation needed to tutor a variety of STEM subjects including biology. I have been tutoring since 2008, so I know how to explain concepts like photosynthesis and food webs in terms students can understand.

Tutoring Approach:

I encourage my students by celebrating all successes whether big or small. The positive reinforcement I provide keeps students feeling good and ready to tackle the next challenge.
