Personal Description:

I have great skills in evaluating a student's tutoring needs and in developing a plan of action with them that will improve their skills and increase their understanding of all kinds of English topics like Comparative Literature, Public Speaking, English grammar and syntax, Reading, and Writing. I can also tutor students in English as a Second Language.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in English Literature and then went on to earn my master's degree in Latin American Studies. I am an experienced English tutor who has worked with diverse populations and ages. I enjoy helping students develop a plan to conquer whatever challenges they face.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that every student is capable of learning. It's my job as an English tutor to instill confidence in my student while assessing their strengths and weaknesses. Knowing these, I can develop a plan together with the student to increase their skill level and knowledge in the subject at hand.
