Personal Description:

Hello! I am a 2014 education graduate from the University of Alberta with a specialization in secondary Sciences (Chemistry, biology and physics). I have recently had a baby girl, Evangeline and am looking for a job in tutoring so I can stay home with her and help her be her best self!

Tutoring Experience:

In addition to substitute teaching for PEI's English language school board since 2016, I have been tutoring school aged children in elementary, junior and high school levels for 15 years and many of my students have had me with them through their entire academic career. In addition to helping teach content of more challenging areas of learning like science and math, I also specialize in teaching students to study by creating study plans that are easy to stick too and make exam times far less stressful!

Tutoring Approach:

Although science brained, I also place value on helping students identify their own study habits and learn about study plans and how they can help with exam preparation.
