Personal Description:

I am a graduate of Princeton University with a Bachelors of Neuroscience. I used that degree to work in biotech and immunology for 6 years before changing careers to gain an advanced degree to become an RMT. I am extremely familiar with essay tutoring, as I have been working for about a year as an essay tutor (specifically for college entry essays but can also gear that more towards standardized test writing). I am also incredibly well versed in biology, chemistry, physics, and psychology. I am generally an extremely empathetic and understanding tutor who aims to meet the student where they are.

Tutoring Approach:

I try to take a strength based focus to help students gain confidence in subject matter. I also prefer to focus on foundational concepts and building off of previous topics. For this reason, repeat sessions are the ideal setup for students to gain a strong grasp of foundational concepts within disciplines. I believe that tutoring is best approached with empathy and understanding.
