Personal Description:
Internationally trained and OCT certified. I have completed the following courses with ETFO ; Occasional Teaching, Teaching Second Language Learners and Education Law.
Tutoring Experience:
Over 20years teaching Social Sciences and English language at the Elementary and High School level. Head of Social sciences department for over 15 years, in charge of hiring, deployment, workshop planning, teacher classroom assessment,performance appraisal and cultural related programs.
Tutoring Approach:
Differentiated approach to teaching and learning.
All students are capable of learning but at different rates.
An integrated approach to learning centering on the student's real interest and needs.
Technology driven approach to teaching/ learning allow students to gain transferable skills and be creative while learning.
Learning must be fun and done in an atmosphere of care and respect.
