Personal Description:

I love working as an English tutor as I get to watch my students grow through their successes. I am a very empathetic, caring and patient individual. I always take my time with students to ensure that they are able to learn to the best of their abilities. I mostly work with children and older adults for ESL teaching. I would love to teach you!

Tutoring Experience:

I started teaching older adults ESL while I was in high school. I then worked in an elementary school from preschool up to grade 3. I assisted students with their homework, learning needs, and classroom work. I graduated with an advanced diploma in Child and Youth Care and recently completed my IELTS certification. I have been tutoring online now for the past year and have loved every moment of it!

Tutoring Approach:

I always want my students to leave each lesson feeling confident about what they have learned. I am very patient with my students and take the time to explain each topic thoroughly. For younger students, I allow them to learn but have fun while we are learning! I value each of my students and understand that everyone learns differently, which is why I provide a unique teaching plan for each individual.
