Personal Description:

I’m an easy going straightforward person, love to read, listen to music, play trivia. Referred to by friends as an encyclopedia of random things
My first language would be English but I know a bit of French and American Sign Language.

Tutoring Experience:

Spent years tutoring for both peer mentoring and leadership classes and various family members, community members, etc.
Also many occasions helped to encourage and foster an interesting in learning in people with disabilities.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to get to know the person or family depending on age, decide together what the goal of our seasons will be and then work out a game plan agreeable to all involved. I believe that if communication is open honest and direct even the most difficult of “students” can find a way to relate and learn whatever the subject is.
