Personal Description:

Hello, my name is Brighid and I am 21 years old. I have been in school for social service work for the past 3 years and am looking for a future in the field. I live in Ontario and enjoy reading, writing, and learning as well as peer learning.

Tutoring Experience:

I have had some experience in peer support at college as well as previously in high school. I am constantly looking for new ways to teach and grow.

Tutoring Approach:

My personal approach to tutoring is supporting the child's learning and pushing them to feel confident in their abilities as well as what they are able to do.I find it a crucial part of teaching to be a keen and respectful listener to know the best approach for the individual as everyone's personal needs are vastly different.
