Personal Description:

Hello,
My name is Braden and I am currently a high school student studying in the upper GTA (Ontario). I have a passion for teaching and have tutored young children with homework before in all subjects. I currently attend a gifted school with advanced placement courses, and as such I can help you or your child in a variety of topics. Tutoring Experience:

I have tutored young children (age 6-9), helping them with classwork and homework as well as assisting teachers in their classrooms. As I play the violin, I also teach the instrument to beginner students of all ages, as well as basic music theory. I have been a swim instructor as well, so I know children's needs and approaches in a variety of ways.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to approach issues in a very comprehensive way, leading to a well-rounded method that motivates critical thinking. I will use the student's knowledge of other subjects and interests to retain their attention, and I am very open to any questions and/or suggestions (ex. if I am covering material too quickly, etc… ). As a current student myself, I know how others learn and absorb information so I have certain insight into the teaching and learning process.
