Personal Description:

I, Avneet , completed my Bachelors in Technology from one of the renowned universities in India and am currently pursuing my Masters degree from University of Windsor. I have always been a very honest, hardworking and a persistent student. I leave no stone unturned in order to achieve my goal. Besides academics, I have managed many cultural and technical events and societies of my college. I exhibit great leadership qualities and communication skills. I have this unique ability to understand other's perspective, learn from their experiences and analyse their point of view but at the same time standout for myself and make my point whenever I feel that is required.

Tutoring Experience:

Mathematics and Statistics have always been areas of my interest. And I believe that knowledge enhances by sharing. Having said that, I started giving tuition in Mathematics to school students (grade 9 to 12) back in 2015.It has been a great experience mentoring the students, making them realize the significance of logical understanding of the subject and also understanding their problems and areas of weakness. I have also managed to maintain good relations with the parents of the students whom I taught.They have been highly satisfied and impressed by the significant growth in their child's academic performance and exceptional results. For me, giving tuition has not only been a source of income but has always been a way of interacting with people from different backgrounds and a learning experience wherein I have devised interesting methods of teaching so as to make teaching and learning fun.

Tutoring Approach:

I see tutoring as a part of my life. I follow different style and methodology of teaching for different students based on the potential of a student, his/her strengths and weaknesses and his/her prior knowledge. Giving assignments have always been a part of my teaching pattern so as to ensure that the student revises the concepts done class on regular basis. The assignments are not too long but aims at testing students knowledge and understanding of the subject.I try to relate most of the concepts with real life examples and situations so as to make learning fun as well as easier.
