I have been an Associate Professor of Biochemistry with a PhD in Biochemistry, with over five years of teaching experience in the disciplines of Biology, Biochemistry, Clinical Biochemistry, Molecular Biology and Immunology.

I have always strived to impart in-depth knowledge and concepts to my students. My doctrine of providing personalized attention to each and every student has always resulted in optimistic outcomes. Besides imparting theoretical knowledge, I have been their guide and mentor, instilling professional demeanor in them and always encouraged them to ask questions and voice opinions. To me, teaching is not just transferring knowledge but providing meaningful learning experiences to the students to have a useful, effective and permanent learning. I have always focused on learner-centered approach of teaching, tried to adapt to the ever changing demands and needs of the students and curriculum. Teaching has been my passion and I yearn to not merely teach, but to touch the lives and souls of my students.
In addition, I have more than twelve years of research experience in Nanotechnology (Drug Delivery Systems), Microbial Chemotherapy, Clinical Biochemistry and Microbial Biochemistry; leading to 7 international research publications along with one chapter in a book. The aptitude of a scientist and researcher has always pushed me to look for recent scientific advances in the topic being taught by me, helping me to update my presentations besides giving a fresh and interesting outlook to the topic.
