Personal Description:

Salvete omnes! Hello all!
I am a classicist specializing in Latin language and literature, with emphasis on Roman poetry and classical mythology. I have been a Latin tutor and teacher for several years now, and I feel that I am able to connect with students and show them not only how useful the Latin language is, but also why it is so much fun. You will learn from me the etymology of English words that come from Latin roots, and have a better understanding of how English works in general from your learning of Latin grammar.
With me as your tutor you will read many interesting ancient texts, from the mythologically fantastic to the hilarious. I look forward to teaching and learning with you!
