Personal Description:
I am a graduate of the Royal College of Music (London) and I am currently a Trumpet player with the Syd Lawrence Orchestra. Throughout my music career, I have played with the Ronnie Scott's Jazz Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra, Hallé, Pete Long's Echoes of Ellington and with the London Symphonic Rock Orchestra, to name a few. I am well adept at performing and teaching in a wide variety of musical styles
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching privately in London, since 2016, and continue to teach students privately, that are a variety of ages and standards. I currently teach at Trinity College of Music's Junior Department, as well as More House school and for Wandsworth Music. I have helped students work towards music exams, in both ABRSM and Trinity College of Music Syllabuses.
Tutoring Approach:
My approach to music tuition changes from student to student, depending on what their individual aims and goals with the instrument are. However, my main approach with all students is to help them get enjoyment out of performing on their instrument and to help them reach their full potential.
