Personal Description:
I am a fully qualified and experienced teacher, having completed my PGCE at Oxford University. I have 20 years' experience of piano playing and gained Grade 8 from ABRSM with merit.
Online teaching is available, and I am very experienced at successfully delivering lessons via Skype and similar platforms.
Tutoring Experience:
I use a variety of teaching methods to make learning interesting and to encourage a love of music, in order to get the best out of my students. I am also able to prepare students for music exams, including ABRSM, if they wish to do so. My pupils regularly achieve high marks in ABRSM exams, and I have a 100% pass rate with merit or distinction.
Tutoring Approach:
I teach a range of ages and abilities from beginner to intermedia**Contact Detail Removed**vel. I establish a relationship of trust and mutual respect with my students by setting high standards and encouraging playing with correct technique and expression.
Lessons are usually 30 minutes or 45 minutes, depending on the student's requirements.
