Personal Description:

Hello! Now teaching remotely via online platforms only!
I have been a lifelong performer of both classical and traditional folk violin, and am lucky enough to have studied in both the US and UK, enriching my musical experience and approach. I hold a postgraduate degree from the Royal College of Music (specializing in health and wellbeing of musicians and musical development) and am an active freelance musician and arts management professional. Music is my passion, and I hope to pass on the joy of violin and performance to my students!

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching violin, viola and music theory for over 8 years, both privately and in school classroom settings. I am experienced in both traditional folk and classical training methods.

Tutoring Approach:

Teaching beginner to Grade level 6. Including ABRSM, Suzuki, Flying Fiddles, traditional folk, music theory

I have enjoyed working with students of all ages and abilities in both England and the United States. I aim to keep lessons fun and engaging, while maintaining a high level of musicianship, technique and music theory.
All lessons are designed to suit the needs and aims of the individual student.
