Personal Description:

I currently work in audit and am doing private clarinet lessons part time. I am friendly and hard working. I can teach a variety of styles, whether you want to do exams or just learn for fun!

I am passionate about clarinet and also teaching myself the piano. I have been a member of numerous local orchestra's and windbands, up until the March 2020 lockdown.

Given the current lockdown situation, I am willing to offer online tuition. I will need to have a copy of the book the student is learning from to be able to teach online but I am happy to order relevant materials before lessons commence

Tutoring Experience:

I have had some tutoring practice for GCSE level maths students. However, as a recently graduated professional, who is continuing studies to become a chartered accountant, I have a good understanding of teaching methods and understanding that every tutee is unique!

Tutoring Approach:

Learning an instrument should always be fun! Therefore, I ensure that the student is enjoying the instrument as well as making progress. I am very patient, however, I will also push students to make sure they are making maximum progress.
