Personal Description:

I am a freelance clarinettist and teacher based in Glasgow, having graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with Master's degree (performance) in 2017. I freelance with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Scottish Chamber Orchestra and Orchestra of Scottish Ballet.

Tutoring Experience:

I am a visiting clarinet and saxophone tutor at Glenalmond College, Perthshire and Queen Victoria School, Dunblane. I have also taught privately for several years. I worked as an Associate Tutor for the National Youth Orchestra of Scotland Wind Training Ensemble and assisted on the Harrogate Clarinet Summer School.

Member of Disclosure Scotland's PVG Scheme.

Tutoring Approach:

I am friendly and enthusiastic about teaching and always aim to make lessons enjoyable and rewarding, whether you are looking to take grade/school exams or simply playing for fun. With this in mind, I will adapt lessons according to what you would like to achieve. I am happy to teach all ages and take a flexible approach to the length of lessons. My rates are as follows:

30 mins - £20
45 mins - £25
1 hour - £30

I am based in the West End and am willing to travel short distances (within walking distance). Unfortunately I am no longer able to travel further than this.
