Personal Description:
I am a classically and musical theatre trained singer, with a Masters in Vocal Performance from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. I have been performing and teaching for a number of years, and have sung with companies such as Opera Holland Park and Surrey Opera.
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught and coached both adults and children individually, in schools and privately. I recently took on a Stagecoach classes with young people between the ages of 6 and 14.
Tutoring Approach:
Exploring vocal technique through songs that the student likes to sing in a supported and healthy way. Finding the right repertoire for their voice, and discovering how they can best use their voice to express themselves or a character through a song.
