Personal Description:

Hi, my name is Martin!

Music has always been the greatest thing in my life.
I did start playing the guitar when I was 14 years old and it very fast became my one and only hobby for years.
For most of the time, I played electric guitar but just for the past 5 years, I have exclusively played and practiced classical acoustic guitar.
During my time, I had two very good teachers who also taught me how to teach myself further.
My own venture into the world of music took me into electronic music, which is sadly the only kind of music example I am able to show.

**Web Address Removed**

While my current venture through the world of music is making me drift into the genres of Math Metal, Nu Jazz, Fusion & Complextro, I am finding beauty in all genres and kinds of music.

Tutoring Experience:

During my high school years, I used to earn some pocket money by teaching the guitar for 10 euro per hour.
Currently I am visiting Lincoln College doing an Access to HE course with focus on Social Sciences and with regards to becoming a qualified teacher. Subsequently, my plan is to go on to do qualified teacher training at university.
My teaching experience in the UK goes back to 2017 which consists of around 20 students in total, many of them still having lessons with me to this day.

I'm personally very interested in the act of teaching which I am studying about in my private time, having recommendations from music teachers in my friendship circle from all over the world. An exchange of information is therefore happing a lot which makes me truly explore all the ways a human mind can learn.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach involves a strict and disciplined work plan out of which it will be up to you how many parts you pick.
There is no mandatory homework but you will always get new information or papers to study, new licks to practice and harmony to disassemble.
If you want to smuggle yourself through without any music theory, notes or rather any interest in that, please understand that I do not teach in that way. We're doing it properly from the start or not at all!
Personal song wishes will always be respected and taught if it is wished for.
We will try to find beauty in all kinds of music while we would first venture into Blues, Jazz and Funk to establish basics of harmony and rhythmic.
At this point in time, I have different approaches prepared for Electric, Acoustic, Western and 12 string teaching and would also recently add the handling of an 8 string or 7 string guitar to my expertise.

If you are interested in producing Electronic music of all sorts, I am able to work with Ableton Live and have worked with FL Studio before as well and gladly work out to reach your goal together with you.
