Personal Description:

I am an enthusiastic, experienced viola, violin and piano teacher based in South West London. I have been working as a professional viola player for 8 years, playing with ensembles such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra and Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as playing with Phantom of the Opera in the West End.
I have travelled the world for my work, performing throughout Europe, in the Far East and the Middle East. I have worked with artists such as Andrea Bocelli, Russell Watson and Rod Stewart, performing at the Brit Awards and venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall and the Barbican.

Tutoring Experience:

I’m a very experienced teacher, having been teaching for over 13 years.

I teach at all levels, from beginner to grade 8, as well as those who want to learn casually. I’m a very organised teacher and always ensure my pupils are enjoying themselves!
I regularly prepare my pupils for ABRSM exams, ensuring that they are well prepared and always obtain great results.

Tutoring Approach:

I love teaching viola, violin and piano and passing on my knowledge and experience to those wanting to learn! I always make my lessons enjoyable for my pupils and ensure there is a clear path to success outline for them. I’m a very flexible teacher, able to adapt my approach to whatever is required of my students so that they can learn as best as they can. It is my goal to ensure my pupils play with absolute conviction and confidence and enjoy playing their instruments as much as I play all of mine!
