Personal Description:
I am a fully qualified talented, professional musician with a diverse musical repertoire. I have collaborated with a variety of bands, playing different kinds of genre such as Classical, Pop, Rock, Country, Jazz, Blues, Funk, Celtic, Folk (Tango argentino).
I have worked all over the world, performing in places such as Italy, Germany and India as well as here in the United Kingdom, working with orchestras at a variety of concerts, playing from the violin to guitar soloist to conducting a church choir.
Tutoring Experience:
With more than 10 years experience teaching children and adults alike, the age range varied from 3 to 75 years old!
Most of my experience was with teaching children, because I was once a teacher in a primary school and also in music schools.
Tutoring Approach:
My tuition sessions are usually divided into 3 parts, these parts are as follows:
1 ear training, 2 practise with the instruments and 3 theory.
Each aspect incorporates the following;
1: Ear training: we do exercise in order to recognize the key, the scales and the chords.
2: We practise with some technical exercise but also with wonderful songs some times chosen also by the student.
3: Theory: we learn how to read and write music.
