Personal Description:
I am a 40 year old professional guitarist currently teaching Essex and Hertfordshire as well as offering online lessons. I have been playing guitar for over 20 years and have been teaching since I was 21. As well a teaching guitar I have also recorded albums and performed all over Europe in various bands.
My current band The Lunar Effect has received critical acclaim for our debut album and the single 'Woman' has nearly half a million streams worldwide.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching guitar since I was 21 and have taught people of all ages from beginner to advance. Many have gone on to take graded exams and also pursue their own career in music.
Tutoring Approach:
I offer competitively priced personally tailored lessons to suit your needs. Including Acoustic, Electric and bass guitar for complete beginners to advanced players. Many of my students take graded exams with Rockschool or the London College of Music and 99% have received a distinction grade. However if a student does not wish to take graded exams I can simply help them learn their favourite songs as well as teaching key techniques to progress in their preferred genres and styles. This can also be combined with learning to read music as well.
