Personal Description:
I studied at the Chetham's School of Music under the tutelage of Wendy Jackson where I performed in several concerts and ensembles. I also had masterclasses from Gary Ryan, Alexandra Whittingham and Edoardo Catemario. Prior to this I attended the JRNCM and earned a distinction in every grade. Currently I am studying at Durham University where I lead a classical guitar duet and participate in a Korean Percussion drumming society.
Tutoring Experience:
I have tutored students of all ages and levels through online teaching.
Tutoring Approach:
I tailor each lesson to the student's strengths and weaknesses. I will give weekly exercises to help with technique and expression. I can use my extensive knowledge of classical guitar repertoire will help the student find pieces that they wish to play so that they improve their playing without sacrificing enjoyment.
