Personal Description:
My name is Jay, a full-time musician active as a guitarist/singer/songwriter in multiple bands!
I have been playing guitar for over 10 years and believe I can help you progress, no matter what stage you are at!
Tutoring Experience:
I deliver music industry workshops in high schools all across the UK. In these workshops we mainly focus on songwriting and performance. Before this I also have spent time teaching one-to-one students on their guitar playing, songwriting and general musicianship.
Tutoring Approach:
I believe in the practical approach! In my lessons you'll spend most of the time playing and working on your technique, making sure you get to play something you enjoy playing!
NEXT to the guitar, I focus on showing you how to bring these skills into the world with advice on scoring gigs, stage performance and playing with others. Essentially getting you ready to be part of your music scene.
