Personal Description:
I am a pianist, clarinettist and composer who is qualified to teach up to A-level music (BMus, PGCE). I enjoy providing lessons to all ages and abilities by designing bespoke lessons to give everybody a chance to learn the piano.
Tutoring Experience:
I have been teaching piano since 2011 of which I taught 9 years in person until 2020 and then moved online through the pandemic. The new approach proved so popular that I have continued via this medium. I have also taught in schools providing classroom lessons to pupils in years 7-13.
Tutoring Approach:
I provide bespoke one-to-one lessons via Zoom and look forward to inspiring my pupils with a combination of exciting learning methods and technology on-screen. I teach piano via music theory and history, composition, improvisation and more.
