Information About Ewa - Welwyn Garden City teacher

Personal Description:

I am a violin, piano teacher who lives in Welwyn Garden City and works in London, Welwyn Garden City, Potters Bar, St Albans, and other nearby towns.
I studied violin at the Stanislaw Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdansk, Poland, at the Faculty of Instrumental Studies.
I have extensive experience as a chamber and orchestral musician. I have been playing with symphonic and opera orchestras and taught violin in the United Kingdom and Poland.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught violin, piano, and theory privately to children aged 5-17 and adults from beginner to diploma level in the UK and Poland, where I was as well a violin teacher at the Grazyna Bacewicz School of Music in Poland.

Tutoring Approach:

I am teaching according to the traditional violin Franco / Belgian school principles.
Also I am a strong supporter of the Suzuki method, believing that - the benefit of studying music is an improvement in sensitivity and understanding, which leads to a better, more enriched life.

Im working with students on a variety of teaching materials such as ABRSM exam preparation (aural test,sight-reading,music theory), scholarships to private schools, the 11+ Musical Aptitude Test, auditions, performances, string ensembles, orchestras, university music courses, and playing any music for fun, special occasions, and general development and education.

I effectively prepares students for ABRSM exams, with several of her students receiving Distinction.
