Information About Esme - Huddersfield teacher

Personal Description:

Esme has a BA in Music and Drama is an experienced teacher and performer, performing in various ensembles such as her 5 piece function band and as an individual act singing with piano for various weddings and functions. Esme is also a singer songwriter and recently released her first EP in 2021 and has taken on leading musical theatre roles in local productions in 2022 and 2023.

Tutoring Experience:

Esme is dedicated to providing individually tailored lessons for all ages and abilities. She has a BA degree in Music with Drama and has over ten years experience teaching individuals privately and also small ensembles and larger groups for the local music service as a perepetic music teacher.

Esme is dedicated to providing individually tailored lessons for all ages and abilities. Esme teaches from her home based studio where students can feel at ease and family or friends can sit for the duration of the lessons in the studio or in the comfortable adjacent room and enjoy a hot drink and relax.
Esme enters several students for music exams each year and over the course of her teaching career has had 100% pass rate with exam boards ABRSM, Trinity, Trinity rock & Pop and LCM Music Theatre. She is a versatile singing teacher exploring a variety of techniques and styles such as Classical, Pop, Music Theatre, Opera and Jazz. She also provides piano accompaniment in all of her lessons and offers piano lessons. If desired she will also combine singing with piano and provide help with Song writing and music theory.
