Personal Description:

I'm Dan and I am a guitar teacher, so if your looking for lessons, whether its for school, college or just for playing loudly at home, you've come to the right place!

I have been playing guitar for fourteen years and have a 2:1 degree in Popular Music Studies. I have played in many bands including classic rock and blues bands and I am currently performing in a duo playing pop and jazz songs for weddings and events.

I can teach you both electric and acoustic guitar from beginner to intermediate and some advanced techniques. So whether your just starting out, or looking to develop your skills further, I've got the perfect lesson plan for you!

Based in Staffordshire I am in easy reach from Stafford, Stone and Threntham. There are also easy routes from Stoke-on-Trent and Cannock.

Prices are £10.00 per 30 minu**Contact Detail Removed**sson or £18.00 for a one hour lesson.

Lessons can be as regular as you would like, weekly, fortnightly or monthly… whatever is best for you!

I use lesson plans to teach you the skills you need to play the songs you like. If there is a particular song you would like to learn I will work this into your following lessons and teach you the theory and techniques behind playing it.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been privately teaching for many years, starting in the summer of my first year at university. I have a 2:1 degree in Popular Music studies and have taught many styles to many people!

Tutoring Approach:

I really enjoy playing guitar and I show this when I teach. I try to use familiar songs to teach chords, scales and theory so my students can learn to apply their skills in their playing.
Theory and Technique are important but these don't mean a thing unless you enjoy learning to play the guitar!
