Personal Description:
I am a 48 year old stay at home dad with a Saxophone Teaching Diploma (LTCL), teaching saxophone during school hours.
I have been passionate about playing saxophone since I was a teenager and have played in many jazz, soul and funk bands and I have also played a few solo classical concerts too.
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught saxophone privately for the last 20 years in Aberdeen to all ages and abilities. I have taught school age children up to retired ladies and gents able to spend some time on themselves ! All abilities are welcome !
Tutoring Approach:
I teach from my own home in the Airyhall area of Aberdeen. As mentioned above I teach during the day only with first lesson from 9.30 am to last lesson at 2.15 pm. This is suited to those with flexible working hours, shift workers and offshore workers etc. I usually teach for 30 minute lessons but can also give 45 minutes to 1 hour lessons for the more experieinced pupil.
I Charge:- £12.50 for 30 minute lesson and £17.00 for 45 minute lesson
