Personal Description:

I personally have a passionate for languages - how wonderful people with different languages perceive the world in different ways! I grew up in China, and continued my further study in Copenhagen, Denmark until recently I moved to UK. Mandarin is my mother tongue and besides I speak English, Italian and intermediate Danish. My hobby of drawing and photography also inspired me in language teaching and learning - as they are in common that, they are all means of expressing and describing.

Teaching Experience:

I have tutored learners in different levels and ages, among them school pupils whose interest started from Kungfu Panda, the artist who was preparing a trip to China and the Ph.D student who had interest in Chinese culture.

Teaching Approach:

I believe individuals have their own purpose and interest about learning Chinese. Therefore I always try to understand their needs first and then tailor the way of teaching. However generally, children's lessons are very often mixed with games and small tours, to let them learn in a vivid way, and for adults I'd love to introduce more about Chinese culture through the lessons. During my teaching in Denmark, I've collected as well as created Chinese studying material suitable for different learners, both in paper and in digital form, and would love to share it with new learners.
