Personal Description:
I am a passionate languages teacher, with 16 years of experience. I was born in France and moved to the UK when I was 26. I love travelling and discovering foreign cultures around the world.
Teaching Experience:
I have been a teacher for 16 years and I have been Head of Languages in my school for 10 years. I have experience with most exam boards and have been an examiner for Edexcel Speaking exams for about 8 years. I know how to get top marks to get the highest grades.
Teaching Approach:
I cater for individual needs. I am very flexible and think that teaching should be enjoyable; therefore I like to vary resources according to students' interests. I love using the latest technology and often use online games for retrieval practice. I have recently completed a Masters on the use of VR to teach French at GCSE level, so I like to teach in VR, especially for Speaking practice.
