Personal Description:

Hello everyone!
My name is Silvia and I am from Rome, Italy. Currently, I am in Edinburgh, as I just finished my Master degree here, and I am excited to have the opportunity to help students and people who are interested in learning this amazing and complex language!

Teaching Experience:

In the past I have been a student myself (learning English in schools here in the UK) and I know the struggle we go through to become proficient in a foreign language. Apart from that, I also know which are the most common mistakes people make when learning Italian and the main and crucial differences with the English language.

Teaching Approach:

In my experience, I believe the best way to really learn a language is to talk and have conversations with native speakers, as every language has some expressions and sounds that may be difficult to replicate. I am always keen to ensure that your learning experience is engaging and effective, adapting to the specific language level and requirement of the student.
