Personal Description:
I lived in Saudi Arabia for 10 years and attended an American school there. The teachers there inspired me to become a teacher myself. I then moved back to the U.K. with my family and continued my education here. I worked as a bilingual receptionist before emigrating to the U.S. where I trained to become a teacher.
Teaching Experience:
I worked in the U.S. as a fully trained French teacher for 2 1/2 years. I also half completed my PGCE year but had to withdraw due to unforeseen circumstances. i have gained QTS in 2012 and I'm exempt from induction as I'm an overseas trained teacher.
Teaching Approach:
I believe in immersion training which means primarily working in the target language as I feel this is the best way to learn a language. I also feel the need to work from textbooks as well as creating fun games to learn vocabulary and grammar.
