This is how 2 referees rated Sarah:
I am passionate about languages and describe myself as a fun, patient and very enthusiastic teacher.
I achieved my degree (Spanish and French BA Hons) and then embarked on a PGCE through the University of Southampton. I have a great deal of experience of teaching all ages and abilities from Primary school children to A level students. I have run well attended after school clubs in both Spanish and French.
I use the four elements of language learning ie: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing and try to space these equally throughout my lessons.
I use various resources ie: Powerpoint, interactive kinaesthetic games etc and also visual and auditory learning aids.
I am particularly careful with teaching good pronunciation and correct grammar starting from basics and never get impatient if my student/students are struggling with one particular aspect.

I've learnt an awful lot in a small space of time which has been very satisfying and fun.
The colourful interactions and different mediums of teaching have been really helpful in my learning experience.
Perhaps targets/homework could be set and reinforced to maximise learning potential.
Otherwise, a grand job.
