Personal Description:

I'm available to work as an online tutor or language coach. My business knowledge, language skill and appreciation for cultures makes me a natural teacher. I have a high level of responsibility and understanding of my role in the student's life. Whoever my students may be, a teenager, professional or child, I'm enthusiastic and able to impart knowledge, skills and understanding of the English language. I teach online via an online classroom. I am a qualified drama teacher with TEFL training and experience. If you want to improve speaking, presentation, listening and your communication skills and confidence - then I' the right teacher for you.

Teaching Experience:

I currently work as an English Teacher in Spain. The children I teach range from 5 years old to 17 and it's a classroom setting. I teach beginner English to the smaller children and focus on the Cambridge Exams with the older children. I have also worked as a private tutor; teaching English as well as working through homework including Geography and Biology. My teaching experience is varied as I've been responsible for creating training material and teaching staff in companies. I have worked as a volunteer teacher in Uganda where I worked with vulnerable youth and made a short film in which they told their story. I have also been a motorcycle safety instructor.

Teaching Approach:

When I meet a new student or class of students I spend some time trying to find out what makes them tick. If I can find a way of working with them that keeps them engaged and motivated, they will excel. I expect my students to work hard and take responsibility for their learning. But I'm definitely right there with them to help them achieve their goals and achieve the best results they are capable of.
