Personal Description:
I lived and worked in Spain - both Madrid and Barcelona - for 20 years. Completely fluent in Spanish with minimal foreign accent. I worked in finance so business, tax and legal vocubulary is excellent if you want to prepare for working in Spanish. I'm also available for translation work.
Teaching Experience:
I'm new to teaching but over my career I've taken a very professional, hardworking and ethical approach to everything I've done and plan to do the same with language teaching.
Teaching Approach:
I'm open to the needs and preferences of the student. In my own experience translation is not the best way to learn so I'll try to use English as little as possible. I'll aim for balanced progress across conversation, vocabulary and grammar.
